Game getting muted and notes not loading

I have been getting this problem since downloading the game an nothing seems to fix it

every time i open the game the everything works just fine for like 30 seconds and then it gets completely muted and the notes just vanish

idk what audio driver linux mint uses by default, but this is probably what you need to do to fix this
