[What is this pack about?]
This pack is about charts that were created from the charters of Southeast Asia. With the amount of charters in the Etterna Community, I feel as if we have not given enough recognition to the charters from that region (like me), so I wanted to step it up a little bit.
[What’s the deadline?]
None. Take your time. I will update/bump this whenever this pack is almost ready to release.
[What are the guidelines?]
(Main Guidelines)
1. Charts should not go above 40 MSD Overall. We want the charts to at least be playable in some way or another.
> No Minimum MSD although recommended is 21-27 MSD.
2. All submissions must include your CDTitle.
> You can just send your CDTitle once, but with the exchange of another step.
> The format for the CDTitle to save space is as follows: "..\\(cd)\\*Charter*.png" (Replace *Charter* with YOUR charter name.)
3. Folder format is "[*Charter*] *Song Title*"
4. GFX is optional, but highly recommended.
(Suggestions | Tips)
> Advice to all charters, use ogg. If the file is too big, convert to mp3 and reconvert back to ogg, them delete the original ogg and the converted mp3.
> Charts that are dumps are typically allowed, and it wouldn't even matter anyway. I will review the chart though.
> I don't really want to limit to just Southeast Asian charters contributing to this pack, but for the sake of the theme, you can only submit 1 chart if you're not part of Southeast Asia.

[What is the main skillset for this pack?]
Ultimately freeform, chart whatever you want, chart however you like regardless if it's Handstream, Jumpstream, Stream, Technical, Chordjacks or JackSpeed, you name it!
[How do I submit/contribute then?]
You can submit them by sending a message thru the contacts I will list below. Make sure you include the link to the chart/zip file.
> Honestly speaking, 99% of the time I'll really just accept your charts unless it doesn't follow the main guidelines.
[Can I do more than just submitting charts?]
You can, via making GFX and playtesting if you want (potentially for more accurate SSR score). Do ask me though if you want to playtest a chart.
