Yes, the game can natively load .osu maps, no conversion needed. Bear in mind that it actually has to be .osu, you cannot use .osz! If you have an Osu Zip, you will need to open it with a file extractor of your choice (e.g. 7zip) and then place the .osu and music file inside into your songs folder. The structure of this would be /Songs/PackName/SongName/Song.osu and song.mp3/ogg/etc. You can name the folders anything, but it’d probably make sense to name it something obvious, like Osu Maps or whatever.
