Flag Changes
When you first sign up to the website, the country flag is selected based on the location you sign up from. It is not possible to change the country flag on your own.
You can choose to hide your country during registration. This prevents your country from being displayed or detected. This may be useful if you have privacy concerns, or if your current country is different from your country of birth (for example, a South Korean living in the USA).
If you wish to use a different country flag than the one you currently live in or to private/unprivate it, this can be done via a request to a site staff. The easiest ways to reach out for a country flag change are through the Discord server’s #site-support channel, or by opening a thread in Support > Site Support.
Please make sure you include a clear and legitimate reason. We usually only approve country flag changes when there’s a meaningful reason behind them, such as relocating permanently to another country, temporarily living in another country, or cases where the assigned country does not accurately represent your identity or nationality.
