Introduction
If you’re a user migrating from the old website or a new user who has secured a place on the new EtternaOnline website, you might be wondering how to submit your scores.
Right now, you need a special client in order to submit scores. All current released clients (0.72.3 and below) are not compatible with the new website, and the next compatible client is in testing and has not been released yet.
If you don’t want to wait, the next client is available for public testing. However, if you’re unable to assist with testing or do not have an account, we ask that you refrain from downloading the test client and patiently wait for it and the website to officially release.
During this time, you can play Etterna offline and upload scores to online once the website and the next game version are officially released.
Now that you’ve acknowledged these facts, continue with the steps below:
How do I log in & upload scores to the new website?
Download 0.73.0 test client
You must have the 0.73.0 client in order to log in & upload scores. Any client below that (0.72.3, etc) is not compatible with the new website and you will not be able to use them to upload your scores. Uploading scores is done exclusively through the client.

The 0.73.0 test client can be found here (July 21st). You must be logged into GitHub in order for the download links to work.

Do not install it on top of your release clients (such as 0.72.3).

Note that your client may stop working with the website at any time if a new tester build is released. You must check this thread occasionally for new updates in order to continue using it seamlessly with the website.
Copy your Save folder
When you’re done installing the client, copy your Save folder and Songs folder (if needed) from your current client to the tester one.
Log in
In the game, log in by clicking on the chain icon next to your profile icon or CTRL+L, then enter your email and password. (If you are already logged in after initial load, make sure to log out first, since you are likely to still have your EO1 credentials saved!)
Log in example on Rebirth:

After you log in, you will see a progress bar appearing under Packs that indicates scores are being uploaded.
On Til Death, you will see a progress bar appearing at the bottom of your game that indicates scores are being uploaded.
Can’t upload scores? Have problems with the client?
Any issues with the client need to be reported specifically on our Discord in #etterna or #game-support or #eo2-testers general chat (if you are a tester).
Explain the issue, the steps to reproduce it, and provide Logs to analyze the problem. Logs can be found in your Etterna\Logs folder.
Notice!
Note that scores uploaded during the test phase will be deleted before the full release of the site. Your client should automatically upload them again once the reset is done.
