it’s been a while 
i’ve been working for this for quite sometime, as you may have already known by the etterna touhou pack, this time i went for a theme that had most of the aesthetics of the earlier touhou games in pc98, i hope you enjoy it as much as i did working on it 
of course, i wasn’t the first one to came up with this idea, full credits go to martzi since he’s the one who wanted to do this originally

there’s still some minor things i want to do before i can consider this feature complete and moving onto extras, obviously my first priority will be doing it 4:3 compatible
