the only record is whenever you got the verification email. we also dont keep that info but we can assume it was close to july 30 2024 for you since that is when you verified email (we keep that date because it is the only important one)
you might also be able to see join dates on the forums, but that is more of an indicator of when the first time you logged in is. it is different from registration
